I follow a bio-psycho-social approach to treatment, focusing on multiple proven factors that help and hinder athletes’ performance: sleep, stress, diet, and physical abilities. We’ll work together using evidence-based techniques and data focused metrics to build strength, fix imbalances, understand your injuries better, and empower you to perform to your best abilities.
As an athlete, I understand the desire to push the body to new heights. To transcend beyond our current limitations and to progress to a new level of performance. I also understand and have personally dealt with roadblocks; injury, plateaus, and general life stresses that impede our progress. All these play a significant role in how we recover and how we perform. As such it is important to have a guide to help you navigate those barriers.
