How do I dress for my appointment?
Athletic attire preferred, such as shorts, t-shirt or sports bra, and your preferred running or workout shoes.
How long is each session?
Each session is around 50-55 minutes. You’ll also be provided with a home exercise program to follow between sessions.
What does pricing look like?
I am an out-of-network provider and am happy to verify your coverage once you have sent your insurance information. In the event that your Insurance does not cover our services, or if you have not yet satisfied your OON deductible, you will pay the self-pay rate until you reach your deductible.
If you do not have insurance coverage, I also offer self-pay rate: $225 per session.
Do you accept FSA/HSA?
Yes I accept HSA and FSA. Keep in mind that some HSA/FSA will require you to submit your receipts.
Why are you out of network?
Unfortunately, the traditional insurance model prevents us from providing the optimal care that you deserve. Being Out of network allows me to deliver a personalized and unmatched care with no frills; which will lead to better outcomes, direct results and save you in the long run.
