I offer a wide range of services, including physical therapy and coaching.
1 on 1 Physical Therapy
• Comprehensive individualized physical therapy to provide the athlete a plan from getting sidelined to back on the field
• In-depth orthopedic assessment from previous injury history, range of motion, neuromuscular strength and medical and surgical  history to synthesize a plan to return back to target activities
• Treatment including therapeutic exercise, strength training and manual therapy to assess areas of concern
Runner’s Assessment 
• Full review of training volume and intensity
• Full assessment of flexibility, power, and strength
• Gait analysis
• Custom exercise routine based on athlete's unique attributes, needs and goals
Strength Training
• Full review of strength and training history, injury history and goals.
• Supplemental strength program for endurance athletes to prevent overuse injury and excel at the sport
• Example exercises include weight training, resistance training, explosive movements and specific drills needed for the sport
Running & Triathlon Coaching
Plans are individualized to athlete's race goals
• Custom running programs for all skill levels: from completing a first marathon or half Ironman, to shaving off time off a 5K personal best
Weight training & Powerlifting Consulting 
• In-depth view of athlete's weight training and injury history to provide insights on strength deficits
• Special programs available for athletes seeking Hybrid Athlete builds
